It’s official! It’s finally happened! After four turbulent years, development has wrapped up on the long anticipated No Man’s Sky.
Sean Murray reached out across Twitter to say:
“It’s happened. No Man’s Sky just went gold. I’m so incredibly proud of this tiny team. 4 years of emotions.”
The post has since been retweeted over 17, 000 times. Hello Games have both received a lot of praise and struggled through plenty of hardship while working towards their ambitious title. From the flooding of their studio just after announcing the game to receiving hateful messages after the announcement of a delay back in June.
Despite it all Sean Murray and the whole team at Hello Games should be incredibly proud, and I personally cannot wait until I get my hands on No Man’s Sky on August 9th.
